your property. This is handled with our tenant screening services. We
check credit, criminal background and eviction history. Proof of income
and rental verifications are reviewed carefully by our team prior to
approval.
Payment Portal
With our resident portal your Tenant can submit rent
payments electronically making it quicker to get payments to you!
Maintenance
​Tenants can submit a service request and even text us
directly. When a maintenance issue arrives we can handle the
arrangements of getting the correct vendor to handle the repair in a timely
manner.
Inspections
NextHome Assurance Realty completes scheduled home
inspections throughout the tenancy. We perform a Move In Inspection with
pictures as well as periodic interior home inspections. A Move Out
inspection is completed upon move out of the Tenant so we can make
sure to collect any funds for damages.

property. With your Owner Portal you will be able to access your property
